SHIPPING POLICY

Forever u'Nique Candles ship through USPS and we try our best to ship same-day. Orders may take 1-2 business days, Monday through Thursday for processing to prevent your candles from sitting in a uncontrolled temperature environment . During the winter and holiday seasons you may experience up to 7 business days processing times.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation, Exchange & Refund/Return Policy

Forever u’Nique Candles does not currently accept any cancellations, exchange, or refunds/returns unless product(s) arrive defective, damaged or if an incorrect order is received. We appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to contact us with any return question(s) at Foreveruniquecandles.com 

Damages and Issues 

Forever u’Nique Candles will work with you to resolve any issues you may be experiencing concerning our products. When your shipment is delivered, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective or if an incorrect product is received. Immediate contact and photo documentation should be emailed to support@foreveruniquecandles.com within 3 days of delivery of the product(s) in question.

Please Note: We do not refund for orders that are delayed, lost, or stolen through the fault of the mail carrier.
